forum sigs is the fastest creator of backlinks, but article submission is the most Quality source of backlink in your details.

Completely agree, if you are going for volume instead of quality then attacking forums is most probably the best way of building links quickly and lots of them.

I've done a ton of research lately looking for the "all around" most effective ways to build backlinks quickly and yet, naturally so as not draw unfavorable notice from site such as Google.
